| | Optional Subscription Update Service (maintenance of Website)Once your website is created by MdH Web Hosting Group - you need to determine who will maintain the site. We highly recommend that you the Client obtain a copy of FrontPage 2000/2002 and maintain the site yourself. If this is not desirable, MdH Group will be happy to assist in this process.Every site needs periodic updates to existing pages of information. A static (non changing) website is the quickest way of having visitors view the site twice, no more. If nothing changes, there is not any reason to return.A monthly/yearly fee will be invoiced to your account. Subscribers will receive a set amount of hours, as selected, of updates per month. These hours expire at the end of each calendar month

Clients without a prepaid maintenance update agreement will be charged at the rate of $260.00 per hour (30 minute minimum) The charges will be approximated at the time of request so that the anticipated charge can be paid for by the client prior to initiating the work. Once work is completed, the balance is due immediately. Payments will be accepted through Paypal - Click to access the link for payment here. Maintenance only cover basic site updates (photos, text, links, or ready to use client provided graphics). More complex updates, (including layout changes, audio/video file changes, photo album updates, addition or upgrade of add-ons, creation of whole new sections, or creation/redesign of whole or partial websites) will deem an additional charge. Clients should declare at time of launch to which Subscription Update Package they are subscribing. Otherwise, Update Subscription Services will only be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at the end of each calendar year.
